Description
No. 13 Dinham is a house dating from the early 17th century. It features painted brick, timber-frame, and plaster construction, topped with a plain tile roof that has a gable facing the street and a brick stack at the rear. The house has a single bay plan and is two storeys high with an attic. It has a single window range that includes a 3-light casement in a moulded case set within box framing, and a 2-light casement in the gable. There is a 20th-century moulded bressummer supported by enriched consoles, along with 20th-century ornamental barge boards and an altered roof pitch to the right. To the right of the house, there is a part-glazed panelled door, which is sheltered by a moulded flat hood resting on moulded pilasters.
