Dinham And Attached Wall And Railings

Dinham is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of stucco with a Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack. It stands two stories tall with an attic and cellar, featuring a three-window range with 6/6 sash windows set in moulded cases. The building has ornamented eaves and guttering, along with two gable dormers that have 2-light casements adorned with barley sugar twist decoration.

On the left side, there is a part-glazed panelled door with a fanlight, framed in a panelled round-headed case beneath a moulded flat hood supported by fluted consoles and plain pilasters. To the right, there are two additional 6/6 sash windows in moulded cases. The left side of the building features a gable with ornate barge boards and a finial on wooden brackets, as well as a late 19th-century 6/6 sash window in the wing.

At the rear, there are twin gabled wings with cast-iron diamond glazed casements beneath simple hoods on moulded consoles, along with ornate barge boards that include pendants and finials. The front of the property is enclosed by an ashlar wall with coping, a 19th-century cast-iron gate, and 20th-century railings.
