House. Mid C19. Stucco to brick; hipped Welsh slate roof; 2 brick end stacks and stack to rear. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range: central 6/6 sash flanked by 8/8 sashes, under segmental arches; similar fenestration to 2nd floor; deep boarded eaves; quoins; firemark. Central entrance: part-glazed panelled door and blocked fanlight, flanked by 8/8 sashes; slate roofed verandah on cast-iron trelliswork; sillband over. Right returned side: 2 margin-glazed round-headed lights under semicircular brick arches, to ground floor. 2 storey wing to left: hipped roof; 4-light casement, over C20, 3-light casement. INTERIOR: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters, moulded rail, and turned newels. 2nd floor: 5, 4-panel doors with architraves; wall cupboards. 1st floor: three 6-panel doors; two 4-panel doors; architraves; wall cupboard; inserted C19 hobgrate with wood surround and overmantel. Ground floor: cornice and picture-rail; two 6-panel doors, and windows with architraves and shutters; alcoves and wall cupboards. Cellar: stone-lined; chamfered ceiling beams and posts; wine bins; 2 plank doors.
