Description

No. 17 Mill Street is an 18th-century house constructed of brick, featuring a Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century 8/8 sashes set beneath segmental arches. A storey band and brick modillion eaves add to the architectural detail. There are two rendered gable dormers, each with 4/8 sashes. The entrance is located to the right and consists of a part-glazed panelled door with an overlight, all framed by a moulded doorcase that includes a moulded wood flat hood and pilasters.
