Description

No. 37 St John's Hill is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and consists of a single-window range with the entrance located to the left. The entrance includes a six-panelled door set within a moulded architrave topped by a pediment. Each floor is adorned with 12-pane sash windows that have flat-arched brick heads. The house also has a dentilled eaves cornice and a gable end stack.
