Description

No. 5 Market Place is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-unit plan with a central doorway, which contains a four-panelled door set within a small timber porch. On either side of the doorway are 3-light horizontally sliding sash windows that have small panes and cambered brick heads. The house is topped with gable and axial stacks.
