Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It features rendered brickwork, although there may be a timber-framed interior. The roof is made of corrugated iron, which may cover a possible thatch. The building is 1½ storeys tall and has a two-unit plan with a side entry. The facade includes two 3-light casement windows on the ground floor, which have cambered heads, and two dormers above that are recessed and have slated coping. There is a gable end stack located on the right side of the cottage.
