Description

Mowbray House is a house with a largely 18th-century core that was refronted in the 19th century. It has two storeys and three bays. The front facade is rendered, while the rear is made of well-coursed ironstone rubble. The roof is covered with Welsh slate. There is a central door set in a timber-work porch, and the outer windows are 3-light casements with cambered heads. The upper windows are also casements with cambered heads. The building features a dentilled eaves cornice and gable end stacks.
