Description

No. 30 Church Street is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a central doorway that boasts a well-crafted six-panelled door, a radial fanlight, and an architrave supported by clustered shafts and console brackets, which hold up a small canopy with a decorated frieze. The windows on both floors are 2-light wood mullions and transoms, each with cambered brick heads. There is also a very small window on the ground floor to the right. The house has gable end stacks.
