Description

No. 38 on St John's Hill is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and has a two-window range. The ground floor has an inserted shop front and a heavy moulded arch leading to a passage on the right side. Above, there are 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched heads. The building is finished with dentilled eaves and has a stack at the gable end.
