It stands three storeys high and features a two-window range, with 6/6 sash windows in moulded cases under segmental arches, and 3/3 sash windows in moulded cases. The eaves are adorned with brick modillions. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front that includes a central recessed glazed door and canted plate-glass windows.
