Shop and dwelling. Late C18. Painted brick in header bond, slate roof, brick ridge stack. One-unit plan. 3-storey, one-window range. Part-glazed door to right with overlight and pilastered wood surround. Bay window to left with dentilled wood cornice extending over door to right as hood. 12-pane sash windows to first floor and second floors with flat-arched heads. Dentilled brick eaves. 2 County Fire Insurance plaques. Interior not inspected.
