Description
No. 150 on Watling Street East is a house dated 1767. It has a rendered exterior and a 20th-century plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. The building features a two-unit plan, is two storeys tall with an attic, and has a two-window range. There is a 20th-century door to the left of the center, set in a moulded wood surround. To the left, there is a 16-pane sash window, and to the right, a canted bay window. A six-panel part-glazed back door is located far right, topped with a timber lintel. The first floor has 16-pane sash windows with flat-arched heads and moulded keyblocks. Additional features include a plinth, incised masonry patterns, a storey band with a datestone to the right of the first-floor left window, rendered eaves, a brick-coped gable to the left, and a dormer window. The interior has not been inspected.
