Description
No. 100 on Oxford Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and features a gabled concrete tile roof with brick stacks at either end. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall, with a single window range. A keyed stone lintel is positioned above a 20th-century half-glazed door, which is located to the left of a bow window that has glazing bars. Wrought-iron brackets support a flat hood over both the door and the window. There is a flat stone arch above a six-pane sash window on the first floor, and a timber lintel over a three-pane sash window in the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
