Description

Regina Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on the east side of Oxford Street, Woodstock. It is built of coursed limestone rubble with a gabled stone slate roof and a brick end stack. The house has a double-depth plan and is arranged over two storeys and an attic, with a two-window front. A late 19th-century six-panelled door is centrally positioned, set within a 20th-century architrave and flat hood. There is a bow window to the right of the door. The windows are 2-light casements with timber lintels, and the roof includes gabled half-dormers. The rear of the house features early 18th-century and early 19th-century gabled wings. The interior contains chamfered beams and an early 18th-century plank partition to the left of the central passage.
