Description

Foxhill is an early 18th-century house, with alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with a steeply pitched 20th-century tile roof, stone coped gables, and ridge and end stacks featuring renewed brick shafts on stone bases. The house has a four-unit plan and two storeys, with a four-window front. The entrance, on the left side, has a panelled and glazed door with a chamfered wood lintel. This entrance is flanked by 19th-century metal casements with chamfered wood lintels, and two similar windows are located to the right. The first floor has four two-light metal casements in wooden frames, fitted with wrought-iron casement fasteners, springs, and wood lintels. The interior was not inspected.
