Description

Hill View House is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Oxford Street, Woodstock. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a gabled Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack. The house has a double-depth plan, arranged over three storeys and featuring a two-window front. A chamfered timber lintel is positioned above the early 20th-century half-glazed front door. Timber lintels also top the plate-glass sash window on the ground floor and the eight-pane sashes on the first floor. The interior remains uninspected, but is likely to be of interest.
