Description

This is a late 18th-century house on the east side of Oxford Street, Woodstock. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick, with limestone bands dividing the storeys, and has a gabled concrete tile roof with brick end stacks. The house follows a central-staircase plan and is two storeys high with an attic, presenting a symmetrical three-window facade. The front door is a six-panelled design with a semi-circular arch over it and a fanlight above. The windows are six-pane sashes, set within flat gauged brick arches. There are two hipped dormers in the attic, each with a three-pane sash window. Inside, the house features panelled doors.
