Description
Treasure House is a house located on Park Street in Woodstock, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled concrete tile roof with a brick ridge stack. The building has a 2-unit plan and consists of two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. A flat hood, supported by wrought-iron brackets, covers a 20th-century panelled door. The windows have flat stone arches and include 6-pane sashes, with thick glazing bars on the mid-18th century ground-floor sashes. There are two 20th-century roof dormers, a gabled bay at the rear, and a late 19th-century outshut with a Welsh slate roof. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
