Shop and dwelling. Early C19. Stuccoed brick slate roofs, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 3-storey, 2-window range. C19 shop front to ground floor with Ionic pilasters to ends supporting brackets and dentilled wood cornice. C19 canted bay windows to first floor. 12-pane sash windows to attic floor. 3 giant Ionic pilasters to first and second floors supporting plain entablature and plain stone-coped parapet. Interior not inspected.
