No. 203 on Watling Street West is a shop and offices dating from the early to mid 19th century. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a slate roof with rendered brick end stacks. It has a two-unit plan and stands three stories tall with a two-window range. The ground floor showcases a 19th-century shop front with bay windows on either side of double-leaf part-glazed doors, topped by a moulded wood cornice that serves as a hood. The first floor has 16-pane sash windows set in moulded rendered surrounds, while the second floor features 12-pane sashes in similar surrounds.
