Shop and offices. Early/mid C19. Stuccoed brick, slate roof, rendered brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 3-storey, 2-window range. C19 shop front to ground floor with bay windows either side of double-leaf part-glazed doors with moulded wood cornice carried over door as hood. 16-pane sash windows to first floor in moulded rendered surrounds. 12-pane sashes to second floor in similar surrounds. Plinth, chamfered quoins, incised masonry patterns, moulded cornice and plain parapet. Included for group value.
