Description
No. 319 on High Street is a mid-19th century office building. It features painted stucco or artificial stone with a slate roof and stands three storeys tall with two bays. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. The first floor windows are adorned with a moulded sill band and pilaster reveals that support a hood designed as an elaborately-moulded entablature. The second floor windows are sashed, also with pilaster reveals and elaborate hoods. Below the dentilled cornice, there is a band decorated with moulded rosettes.
