Description
No. 69 on Long Street is a shop and dwelling built in the early 19th century. It features whitewashed brick with a dentil cornice and has an old plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. The building is L-shaped, with a wing on the right side extending to the rear. It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The late 19th-century shop front includes a central four-panelled door with an overlight and shop windows consisting of two large opening cross-glazed lights. The façade is adorned with moulded wood pilasters that have consoles and an entablature. To the right, there is a four-panelled door with a rendered ogee lintel. The first floor features 16-pane sash windows with rusticated rendered flat arches that include keyblocks. The interior has not been inspected.
