The building is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a moulded modillion cornice. It has a late 20th-century concrete tile roof and a double-depth plan. The structure stands three storeys high and has a two-window range. The upper floors are fitted with late 20th-century top-hung windows that have moulded rendered sills and rendered lintels with fluted keyblocks. The interiors have not been inspected.
