Shop and house. Late C18/early C19. Painted and rendered brick, slate roof, brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. C20 door to left of centre with overlight and pilastered wood surround flanked by canted bay windows with moulded wood cornice carried over door as hood. Carriage arch to right of centre with timber lintel. C20 door to right of arch and canted bay window to far right with moulded wood cornice carried over door as hood. 12-pane sash windows to first floor with wood lintels. Interior has chamfered spine beams.
