Description

No. 184 on Watling Street East is an early 19th-century house featuring a rendered exterior and a slate roof, with white brick stacks at the ends and on the ridge. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two stories with a two-window range. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by an overlight, framed by a rendered pilastered surround that supports a plain frieze and a moulded cornice. To the right on the ground floor, there is a tripartite sash window with a moulded rendered surround, while to the left, there is a 12-pane sash window with a similar surround. The first floor also features similar windows. The interior has not been inspected.
