Description
No. 22 Park Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring flared headers, and has a slate roof with brick end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a four-panel part-glazed door set within a moulded wood surround, topped by a wood lintel and a straight hood supported by brackets. The ground floor is adorned with 12-pane horned sash windows that have segmental-arched heads. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows on either side of a blank window. The building also features a rendered plinth and corbelled brick eaves.
