No 17 Bond End is an 18th-century house located in Knaresborough. It is constructed of brick and rendered, topped with a Westmorland slate roof that features eaves courses made of stone slates. The building has three storeys and two bays. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century door and surround, with double doors positioned to the right. To the left, there is a 20th-century window with glazing bars. The first and second floors have side-sliding sash windows, which are likely from the 20th century as well.
