Description
No. 14 Bond End is an 18th-century house that has undergone 20th-century restoration. It is built of coursed squared gritstone and features a Westmorland slate roof. The house has two storeys and consists of one bay. The entrance is a six-panel door with a fanlight above, surrounded by panelled reveals, pilasters, consoles, and a cornice. Each floor has one sash window with glazing bars, set in flush wood architraves with projecting sills, and a large plain lintel above the ground floor window. There is a wooden eaves band with gutter brackets, and a brick end stack is located to the left. This building is included for its group value.
