Description
No 12 Bond End is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some restoration carried out in the 20th century. The building is rendered and features a Westmorland slate roof. It has two storeys and two bays. The windows are recessed sashes with glazing bars and cambered heads, and they have stone sills with squared ends. The eaves are cogged, and there is a central brick ridge stack. On the right side, there is a 20th-century porch. This house is included in the listing for its group value.
