Description

This is a house dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is built with a rendered exterior and has a 20th-century pantile roof with four courses of stone slates. The house is two storeys high with three windows on the first floor. The front door is a 4-panel design with an overlight, set within a wooden architrave which has a cornice and a flat hood. A bow window with glazing bars is located to the right of the door. Sashes with glazing bars are found in flush wood architraves to the right and left of the front facade. The first floor windows are 9-pane sashes, unequally hung and set in flush wood frames. Wooden gutter brackets are present. The right-hand gable has coping, and there is an end stack to the right and a ridge stack to the right of center.
