Description

Model Farmhouse is a mid-19th century house constructed of buff-coloured brick. It features a hipped slate roof and brick pilasters. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches. The central doorway is set in a round-headed recess and includes a fielded panel door topped with a semi-circular fanlight.
