Description
Egmere Farmhouse is a mid-19th century house constructed from buff brick. It features a low-pitched hipped roof that is slated with lead-rolled hips. The building stands two storeys tall and has three bays, with corner pilasters made of brick. The central bay slightly projects from the rest of the structure. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and the ground floor has tall sashes set in round-headed recesses. A central porch is supported by painted brick piers and features a heavy entablature. The eaves have a brick dentil detail, and there are brick chimney stacks topped with moulded brick cornices.
