Cottages. Dated 1878. Walls rendered concrete. Roof flattened pantiles. Pair of cottages, 2 storeys, one bay each, recessed 2 storey, one bay wings with rear entrances. Three-light and 2-light cast iron casement windows, glazing bars. Moulded eaves cornice. Central and gable end stacks to central block only. Listed for early use of mass concrete construction.
