Description
This is a pair of barns dating from the 18th century, located 100 meters northwest of Quarles Farmhouse. They are constructed from red brick and flint, featuring steeply pitched pantile roofs. The openings have segmental heads and include iron fixed lights with glazing bars, along with some modern openings. The barns have dentil brick eaves and a louvred vent along the ridge line. Inside, there are collar roofs supported by double butt-purlins and tie beams. These barns are included for their group value.
