Description

Hawthorn House is a 17th century timber-frame house that has been plastered. It features a thatched roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys, with modern casements on the ground floor and small casements under the eaves on the first floor. The doorway is located in front of the chimney stack and has a panelled architrave with a hood supported by brackets. There is also an external brick stack on the east end.
