Red sandstone random rubble, thatched roof hipped to right with tall brick stack rising from eaves, stone stack left at junction with No 9 Lower Vellow (qv). Plan: 2 cell and cross passage. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 2-light C20 casements, central plank door. Right return, dormer window beside brick stack.
