NORTH PERROTT CP Stable building about 5 metres east of Pipplepan Farmhouse

GV II Stable or cowshed, possibly small house originally. C18 or earlier. Ham stone coursed rubble; half-hipped thatched roof of four-bay collar-beam roof construction. Small doorway in south gable: blocked doorway in east flank with an unglazed shuttered window to either side, left door over, and small vent under eaves; lean-to on north side. Linked by high wall to Pipplepen Farmhouse (qv) with which it has important group value.
