Description

Riverside Cottage is a detached cottage dated 1801, located in South Perrott. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatch roof with stone gable-coping at the north end, while the south gable end has a Roman-tile roof. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, along with one canted bay window. The windows have wooden lintels and cills. The front door, made of planks, is positioned left of centre, and there is a wooden porch with 20th-century barge-boards and a thatch roof canopy above.
