Description

The gate piers located at the north-west corner of the churchyard in South Perrott date from the mid-19th century. They are constructed from stone ashlar and are square in shape with chamfered corners that are stopped. Each pier features ogee cornices topped with low pyramidal caps. To the east, there is a half-pier that serves as a pedestrian entrance and is adjacent to Church Gate cottage.
