Description

Church Hill Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage, originally two dwellings. It is constructed of coursed rubble-stone walls with a slate roof, stone slate eaves, and brick stacks located at the left-hand gable and on the ridge to the right of centre. The cottage is two storeys high and has approximately three windows, featuring 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars and wooden cills. The windows have dressed stone voussoirs. There are three doors: a plank and studded door with a single light on the left-hand side, a similar door in the centre, and a 2-leaf French window style door with large glass panes on the right-hand side.
