Description

Archway House is an early 19th-century cottage, with 20th-century restoration work. The cottage is constructed of coursed rubble-stone walls with a slate roof, featuring stone gable-coping on the right-hand side. A brick stack rises from the ridge of the roof to the right. The two-storey building has three windows on the upper floor, each with renewed sash windows and glazing bars. A carriage entrance is located on the left side of the ground floor, formed by an elliptical brick arch and a keystone. A front door has been inserted into the archway, alongside a door on the right.
