Description
Rosebank Villa is a house from the early 19th century, located on Manor Road in Alcombe, Minehead. The building features painted render and a slate roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a basement, presenting a two-window range. The first floor has 6/6-pane sash windows, while the ground floor features a late 19th-century canted bay window with a hipped slate roof and 20th-century glazing in the center. There are steps leading up to an early 19th-century trellised porch that provides access to the door on the right. Above the doorway, there is a circular decorative plaque. The interior has not been inspected.
