Description
Robey House, also known as Robey Villa, is a house located in East Hanney, dating from the early 19th century, with a possibly 18th-century rear range. The building is constructed of red brick featuring flared headers in Flemish bond and has an old plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. It has a double-depth plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel part-glazed door framed by a reeded wood surround and topped with a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. The windows are 16-pane unhorned sashes with stone flat arches, each having keystones, except for the 12-pane unhorned sash in the center of the first floor, which also has a stone flat arch and a keystone. The interior has not been inspected.
