Description

Old Mill House is an early 19th-century mill house, later used as a house, with an addition built in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of red brick with a slate hipped roof and a brick internal stack on the right return. The main facade has a 2-storey, 3-window arrangement. A central 6-panel door is topped with a decorative fanlight and a surround of fluted half-columns. All openings feature 12-pane unhorned sash windows. A 2-storey, single-bay addition is located on the right, matching the style of the original house. The interior remains unexamined.
