Description

Jasmine Cottage is a house likely dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed with large timber framing and painted brick infill, and has a thatched roof with a brick ridge stack centrally positioned. The house follows a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with an attic. It presents a two-window range at a right angle to the street. A 20th-century part-glazed door is located centrally, with a 20th-century two-light wooden casement window to the left and a three-light wooden casement window to the right. On the return side, facing the street, there are 20th-century casement windows to both the ground floor and the attic. The interior remains uninspected.
