Description

This is an early 19th-century house in Ramsgate, located on the north side of Park Road. It is rendered with a slate roof and has two storeys and a basement. The house is characterised by a hipped roof and stacks positioned to the left and right. The first floor features three glazing bar sashes within moulded surrounds; the sash on the left has been altered with a later 19th-century oriel. On the ground floor, there are three full-height glazing bar sashes in moulded surrounds, accompanied by a tented verandah with scallop-pattern iron brackets supporting the piers. Steps lead to the central ground-floor window, and there are glazing bar sashes to the basement. An entry is located in a recessed doorway on the right return. The house is one of three identical villas in this location.
