Description
This is a house dating to circa 1830, located on the east side of Chatham Street, Ramsgate. It is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof, and features a parapet and chimney stacks to the left and right. The building is two storeys high with a basement. The fenestration is regular, with two glazing bar sash windows and a central blank window recess on the first floor, all featuring cambered heads. The ground floor also has two glazing bar sash windows with cambered heads, and a basement opening to the right. The central front door is of two panels, set within a double rebated surround with a keystone and moulded imposts.
