Description

No. 7 Park Road is a house built in the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a slate roof, featuring two storeys and a basement with a hipped roof and chimneys on both the left and right sides. The first floor has three sash windows with moulded surrounds, while the ground floor also has three sash windows. A tented verandah supported by scallop pattern iron brackets leads to the central window, with steps providing access. The basement windows are fitted with glazing bar sashes. The entrance is located in a recessed entry on the right side of the building. This house is one of three identical villas in the area.
