Detached house. Early C19. Rendered, slate roof. A typical symmetrical villa, in 2 storeys, 3 windows; 12-pane above 16-pane sashes in plain reveals to stooled stone sills. The original door, in plain reveals, is flush 6-panel, with the top 2 panels glazed. There are end stacks. The left gable has a 2-light casement to the upper floor, and the back wall has an early 2-light casement top right, and a mid-height stair sash with bars. The right gable is plain. INTERIOR: not inspected. The building lies back from the road, and is little altered externally.
